, 1893. Elaborate die-cut "Souvenir" embossed ad card printed both sides with die-cut floral border (enlargement shown). Back shows deep embossing and stamping with brown print and company information (back shown). A very showy ad in great condition.
- Supplemental Information:
White was founded in Massachusetts in 1858, was acquired by Electrolux in 1986, and then Husqvarna in 2006 which was the end of White. There are lots of collectors though of this well thought of sewing machine including vintage ads, and parts can still be found. Later, White's son invented a steam engine which he used in the White automobile.
