Provides a glimpse into HR techniques of the early '40s. Perfect condition except for 3-hole punch. No writing inside. Belonged to an office manager at a B.F. Goodrich plant in Clarksville, TN, converted during the war from making rubber heels and soles into manufacture of gas mask gaskets!
