Red Sea Max 250 C250 Full spectrum 260W LED reef light retrofit upgrade SPS LPS

We are NOT selling the whole Red Sea Max aquarium or the hood, but the service to retrofit upgrade LED onto your Red Sea Max 250 hood.
First 6 pictures shown an actual 260W LED built on a RSM C250 hood. Picture 7 to 9 showing our LED light on a RSM130 tank.
This 260W LED version will replace the Power Compact bulbs or the T5 bulbs. The LED lighting is so powerful and will be grow any kind of corals, including SPS and clams.
This auction includes the following...
- 260W full spectrum LED retrofit onto your existing Red Sea Max 250 hood (unused components will be stripped and trashed. Components will be reused are the reflector, cooling fans, switch, lens cover, and screws) The existing built in timer on your hood will NOT work with our LED retrofit. You will need to supply 4 new standard timers for this upgrade. (or upgrade with our digital controller, detail shows in option section below)
- full spectrum LED will be suitable for all corals. Including LPS, SPS corals, and clams. (we use combination of 8000K white, actinic blue, red, and green LEDs)
- 4 plugs total. (one for moon light, one for sunrise/sunset, one for morning/afternoon, and one for noon, as shown in pictures) You can simply use standard timers and set the on/off time for each plug.
- connection on your existing switches and cooling fans

How it works...

- Upon the receive of your hood, it will take 2 to 3 days to complete the LED retrofit.

- we use top quality 0.25W LEDs, rated for 50,000 hours
- we use top quality power supply, rated for 100,000 hours.

Shipping & handling time
- buyer pays for both inbound shipping cost. (the cost to ship your hood in for service)
- we will take care of the shipping to ship retrofitted hood back to you.
- the most difficult task for the buyer is to find the right size box to pack such large hood. Please search for "bicycle shipping box", and box must be 45"x28"x6" or larger in any dimension to fit the hood. Best place to look for cheap shipping box is go to your local bike shop, and they may be able to offer one for free or for few bucks.
- shipping can get very expensive. We do have business discount with Fedex and able to get 30% off retail shipping rate. If you need us to provide a ship-in label, please provide the box dimension and weight, and we should be able to provide you a discounted shipping for the inbound shipping.
- We do offer expedited shipping option
- Retrofit build time is 2 days (the 20 days handling time listed on ebay is estimated the turn around time if shipped via ground shipping)
- Use overnight shipping for both trips in order to get the hood back in 4 business days (fastest turn around)
