Panama 1978, 20 Balboas, Gem Proof. This nice coin comes in the original Franklin Mint packaging and has the certificate of authenticity. Any marks you see are on the plastic and not on the coin. It does have some very light toning developing. This type was struck for the 75th anniversary of the Republic. It was struck in Sterling silver and contains 3.8538 troy ounces of actual silver.
