ORIGINAL WWII HOMEFRONT ANTI AXIS MUSSOLINI VULTURE ASHTRAY.
The Burn The Axis Ash Tray Set was a WWII war time product, made by the Kemper Thomas Company of Cincinnati, Ohio. Each ash tray depicts one of the Axis leaders and encourages you to jam your cigarette butts on this axis leader. This is the vulture (cartoon of Mussolini) ashtray version. See my other sales for the Hirohito rat character version. These are rarely available and highly collectible. Very difficult to complete the set. This is in great condition. Exterior glass edge is perfect. Interior glass edge has 2 rough spots. Very presentable. Note: the German war symbol has been censored with a piece of tissue paper for the pictures.

Part of set of three depicting Axis leaders in somewhat unflattering characterizations, this one shows MUSSOLINI face on a vulture.
Very minor wear to decal - see pictures. Firmly attached decal and very presentable.
