Up for sale is an interesting set of 8 State quarters all signed in the ICG slab by the coin designers. These sets all have the same set number, which is #1702. You will receive the 1999 D & P quarters from the state of Delaware signed by William Cousins, The 1999 D & P quarters from the state of Connecticut signed by Andy Jones,  the 2000 D & P quarters from the state of Massachusetts signed by Tom Rogers and the 2001 D & P quarters from the state of New York signed by Daniel Carr.
