This is the Extremely Rare 1980 Panama 10 Balboa silver coin with a mintage of only 1267 pieces.   It features an
indigenous
dancer, is well designed, and is struck in a deep cameo proof.  This coin is difficult to photograph, in that its highly reflective mirror like surfaces are a challenge for any camera.
